Shadow looked up at the stars. It was a cool evening and the sky was clearly visible. She was lost in thought, as she was the whole day. Every teacher kept telling her to focus, but she couln't . something about this day was out of order...But Shadow just couldn't place her finger on it. So, once the classes ended she escaped to the Astronomy tower to think. Little did she know that someone was watching her from the open door.

This was a whole new experience to him, this new freedom that came with Odysseus removing the rules to keep them out of the castle, he hadn't really seen much of it before, but today he had gone sightseeing, ending up getting lost and heading toward the Astronomy tower. Strange thing though, he had been there when he thought about it, only he hadn't been outside of the dining hall, or was it the dancing hall? He wasn't sure anymore, not that it mattered anyways.
So there he was, on his way up to the astronomy tower, making his own illumination in his hand, a little spark of fire, and walked up the steps. "I wonder..." When he saw someone being up there, he put the fire out and stopped in the doorway watching her, curious about who it was. Not that he knew many people there anyways.
"Nice weather tonight, don't you think?" He said after a while, asking the most used of all questions when you had nothing else to say.

Shadow quickly churned around, her black hair swinging in the wind. She churned around and saw a boy standing in the door way.
"Well...I guess it is good for being outside." She concluded. "Are you new here?" Shadow asked smiling and trying to find out more about this stranger.

A smile played on the demons lips as the girl turned around, didn't seem like she expected company at this time of the day. "New, old, ancient, who's asking?" He wasn't exactly new there, but he hadn't been there for too long either and he wasn't a student. "This place is off limits for students, did you know that?" He grinned mischievously. What did he care, Odysseus allowed him to walk wherever he wanted to walk and that was all that mattered.
"What about you, you new here?" So, who said he couldn't be curious even though he didn't like to answer questions himself. "And by that I mean pre-Creon or post-Creon?" He himself was pre-Creon, having been there defying Katrina's rulership. But in the end, she had been powerless, not knowing what to do about anything when something needed to be done and Odysseus' iron-rule had started, ending quickly after the newest Lycan's arrival and turning of the Headmaster.

"Oh, um...I'm not sure." Shadow thought for a moment. "Besides who said anything about me being a student?" She asked. "Anyhow it's a nice evening to be out here. The stars are clear, and skyies dark." She said putting enphesis on the word Dark. She was the Spirit of Darkness after all... "In that case why are you here?" Shadow asked him. "Plus, who are you anyways?"

(Lol, mine's Kathrine (not pronounced that way, as I'm not English. It's more like Katrina when it comes to pronunciation))
He chuckled. "I just assumed you were a student, since you were up here and I haven't seen you around before," he should probably stop assuming things, there was no judging the book by its covers anymore. Not for him anyways, he never like it. Except when it came to his enemies, he judged them by their looks. Not innocent looks, but muscles and athletic appearance.
"I'm just here because I wanted to go for a walk. Never got to see much of the place until now," he sighed. "Who I am doesn't matter, not anymore. Name's Miroslav," he looked up at the sky, now leaning against the wall. "You know, you should be in your own realm," he said with a smile, noticing the tiny things that gave her away, tiny details that told him she wasn't who she pretended to be, she was a spirit.

Shadow felt that he noticed something about her identeti.
"I'm Shadow...Just because I'm up here doesn't mean I'm a student or not does it?" She sighed, and looked up at the sky and then churned back to Miroslav. "Oh, well..." Her voice bacame inocent. "What do you mean my own relm? Aren't I in it?" she pulled a sweet smile on, though she knew he can't see it. "If I go back to my own relm what ever that might mean...Shouldn't you go back there too?"
(I'm not American or English eather...I'm Russian so my full name is Ekaterina((Don't try to pronounce it...My class mates and teachers tried but couldn't get it))...but ppl shortened it to a bunch of other names)

He listened to her explanation. "I guess not," he shrugged. After all, he was up there and he couldn't exactly say he was a student, if not a student of immortality. "And I'm no student myself, so it was wrong to assume that. It's just, like I said, that I want to see this place before it's too late. Before everything falls apart again," things were happening, things that made the school feel different, dark, and cold.
He smiled at her innocent voice and comment. "I'm afraid not, little spirit. You're more than welcome to stay here too of course, just figured there might be something more interesting lurking in the realm." He gave a little laugh at her comment about him going back where he belonged. "This is my realm, darling. This is everything I know, never been to the other side," he frowned. "I think Emily has though..." he said thoughtfully.

Shadow's gaze became cold.
"I'm not just any spirit...And I'm definetly not your Darling, nor will I ever be." How dare he call her that? "You have no right to talk to me like that untill you identfy yourself, or I might as well be talking to a phantom of my own imagination." She churned around and looked at the lands around the tower. She didn't have any relm to go back too...Not after what she did. Shadow could never go back there...

He smirked, hit a soft spot there? Not too fond of pet names? Obviously not. Her problem then. He didn't care though, not that much anyways. "Not just any spirit?" he smirked. Not his darling, what did he care. "You want an identification, love? I'll give you one then," he took a step closer to her. A phantom of her imagination? He didn't think so.
He picked something out of his pocket, when he looked at it, it looked like a quill, how had that gotten there? He moved stepped onto the rail and soon let the ashes of the quill fall to the ground. Balancing on the rail he walked back and forth. "Push me, I dare you," he said with a smirk. If she didn't like him and needed to identify him, she'd have to push him.
